"User" means any person or entity that purchases or uses our offerings.

2.2 Information Products

Our information products include digital courses, guides, and templates delivered in electronic format.

2.3 Goods

We sell physical items such as books and stationery related to accounting topics.

3. Payment

All fees for offerings must be settled prior to delivery. Accepted methods will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Services

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A full refund of the service fee will be processed within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule at no extra charge, subject to availability. Services cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund, as we allocate resources and personnel in advance.

4.2 Information Products

Since digital content is delivered immediately, we offer a 7-day review period. If you find the content does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. The refund will be issued within 5 business days. After this period, no refunds are available.

4.3 Goods

For physical items, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned goods. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
